不靠谱的Telus,乱收费

这账单也太不靠谱了, 还有就是每次签什么合同都是密密麻麻的字,一点都不好理解
在Telus官网上弄个My Account
可以知道些自己所属的计画内容和账目
 
我有个疑问,为啥他们的出错都是多收钱?员工有提成?

If there is any mistakes on your bill, it will be always more than you should pay, and never be less. Never use authorized payment unless you really want to find some trouble to yourself.

They don't take any record about their promise in the conversation, and always insist they didn't make any mistakes, sometimes even deny you had called them before. The only thing they do exactly on time and never forget is charging you monthly.
 
和Telus沟通,得记下日期时间和客服名字(电话一接通,客服都会先报上客服名字)
争执不下,最好采用官网上e-mail申诉途径
明文码字,就没那麽容易被耍赖

今天收到Telus的第二个月的纸账单
像一堆散乱的数字拼图游戏
备齐笔纸计算机,逐个拼凑
核对第一个月的纸账单
撵出去超收的新加坡长途
花了半小时,才拼凑得出心中接受的价格数字
希望下个月的账单太太平平

五月花停掉Telus,账目问题如何处理了?

我是新客户,但是这4个月帐单管理极其混乱,全是不符合签定的合同的价位,argue了三个月,无效,应该是故意乱开帐单,极其气愤。不到6月优惠期,不得已停掉,转了SHAW。
虽然是很久以前的,但是忍不住回复一下,或许可以试试ccts
