我可没有说有事故记录的人就是垃圾,我上面已经给垃圾客户定义了,那就是至少一次责任事故外加三张告票的人,你就不要偷换概念了。
当然了,保险公司也不可能以书面的形式说任何人是垃圾客户,但你知道反正那些记录极端差的在保险公司看来就是垃圾,进入公司只会带来赔付的机会而不会带来盈利的机会。对于保险公司来说,是一个企业而不是慈善机构,一方面要生存一方面要发展,如果被大量的垃圾客户所带来的赔付而生存不了,就更别说发展了,也更别提服务其他客户了。垃圾客户不但不会给保险公司带来利益,也会给好客户带来负担。虽然保险公司对那些垃圾客户大幅度提升保费但根本cover不了损失,而总体损失大了,只好从其他好客户身上捞钱去弥补亏空了。这也是allstate为何现在大幅提升保费的原因,其实statefarm也一样,十年前它的保费也是很低的,到后来就不行了,经致被desjartin所收购。
也许我的表达令人不舒服,但对保险公司或保险从业人员来说,糟糕的客户绝对是个负能量,基本上都是象遇见垃圾一样避之唯恐不及。
Tianya, can I ask a question about desjartin? Last week, I tried to call the personal to get car insurance quotation. However, they said they are groups insurance. And I said is that possible to give quotation for non-professional people? They said yes and then gave me a quotation for non-professional.
Last Thursday, I called again and said we wanted to switch our insurance to the personal. At this time, I still think we will switch our insurance to the personal. However, when they sent me an email to confirm our information, I found the insurance company name is desjardin, not the personal.
I am very nervous to call back to the personal and said the company is not correct. But staff of the personal said they do not know and they cannot find my information in their system. And I said I called the personal' phone number and switched my insurance. But now there is a totally different company.
After that, I called desjartin and they said my insurance is in their company.
I know my listening English is not good, but I called the personal and they registered me in desjartin. It is totally weird. At last I cancelled everything.
Tianya, do you what is the problem? Is the personal has some relationship with desjartin? Is the staff of the personal cheating me? Because I called the personal's phone number and they did not tell me they registered me in another company(desjartin).
