一通过，到了 effective date 政府就得实施，不然你可以告它的。不是中国，政府可以为所欲为的。

别惦记了该干嘛干嘛去好了，这效率就算过了也猴年了

目前参议院又休会中，10月18日重开。但不知会不会二读C-6.

C-24时，参议院过程只用了4个工作日，因为那时保守党在众议院和参议院都是多数；
这次C-6，参议院一读完成至今已经约4个月，因为在目前约120席位中，保守党约40，自由党只有约20.

所以，该干嘛干嘛。网上有乐观估计，至少还需要3-4个月。
