关于夫妻双方父母同时申请团聚移民的问题

我和太太计划2017年初同时递交双方父母移民的申请，但是在填表的过程中遇到几个不太确定的环节，不知道大家是否可以提供这方面的建议和经验。

1. 如果双方父母同时申请，我的理解是需要递交两份单独的申请。那么，在两个申请中是应该全部由我作为担保人Sponsor，太太作为co-signer呢？还是我们在各自父母申请中分别作为Sponsor，另一个作为co-signer呢？

2. 如果我们双方父母同时递交申请，在《Financial Evaluation for Parents and Grandparents Sponsorship [IMM 5768]》表中，关于Undertaking的几项就有点不知所措了。根据我的理解有几种可能的填写方法，请大家看看如何写才比较合理（只举我父母的申请为例）

2.1 如果两个申请都是我做Sponsor：

• 3-A) Current Undertaking填写2
• 3-B) Previous Undertaking：ii) number of persons included in previous undertakings you signed as a sponsor and that are not yet in effect. 填写2
• 4.Complete this section only if you spouse or common-law partner is cosigning the undertaking 全部都空着

2.2 如果两个申请是我和太太分别做Sponsor和Co-signer：

• 3-A) Current Undertaking填写2
• 3-B) Previous Undertaking：iv) number of persons included in previous undertakings you cosigned but the undertakings are still not in effect. 填写2
• 4.Complete this section only if you spouse or common-law partner is cosigning the undertaking 全部都空着

3. 在《Schedule A – Background Declaration [IMM 5669]》表中的第9项Membership of association with organizations中是否有必要写明“中国共产党”，这样写有没有什么副作用？如果不写有没有什么问题？如果父母一方是“党员”，是否应该以另一方作为主申请人呢？需要注意这些事情吗？

4. 《Generic Application Form for Canada [IMM 0008]》表的CONTACT INFORMATION - 1 Current mailing address一项，如果父母现在以Visitor的身份在加拿大与我们住在一起，这个地址应该写目前居住的加拿大地址还是中国的地址呢？

你只能为你自己父母做sponsor，你爱人做cosigner，在为你inlaw 申请时，是你爱人为sponsor 你为cosigher。无所谓谁工作挣钱多少。只要总收入够就行，即使你爱人不挣工资，他（或她）父母要移民也得他（她）自己做sponsor。

邮寄地址就写加拿大的地址，一般都是Email 联系，所以一定要填 email 地址。到了最后寄护照的那一步，使馆会让你提供回寄地址的。

邮寄地址就写加拿大的地址，一般都是Email 联系，所以一定要填 email 地址。到了最后寄护照的那一步，使馆会让你提供回寄地址的。
