If you have received an error message stating your visa is not valid or cannot be found, or stating to check your Chinese passport number, please verify that all of your information is entered correctly in EVUS, including passport and visa numbers, issuance dates and expiration dates. Additionally, you can try using a different web browser. If you have followed all these steps and you are still receiving errors, please check back in the coming days and try to enroll again. We have identified some technical issues with the EVUS website that are still being worked out. We apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced.
