就是你开的支票，交给对方，对方拿支票到银行去certify，银行查验你的账户余额足够的话，会当即扣款，并certify这张支票。然后，对方可以拿着经过certify的支票去存到他的开户行，这样开户行就不会hold拿张支票了。
