这到也未必，我觉得主要还是跟地点有关，现在都是新公寓，长租的话经常房子糟蹋的厉害，airbnb是看着的，房东一般住一起

大家不要被这个挂出来的租房高价吓坏。那些房价很长时间挂在那里没人问津的，是无 效的。有效的一般很快找到租客就没继续登了。如果关注的话，总是那么些个挂在那里，而且大部分是很新的不想租的等卖的，只是挂个高价看有没有大头。
现在连surrey的一房一厅都能挂出一千五的价了。metrotown的一房上两千的不少
