单独，而是必须跟父母中的一个一起申请，除非父母中的一人

用出生证明就行吗，还要附大人的护照复印件吗
photocopy 就是一般的复印吧

• have met any applicable requirement under the Income Tax Act to file income taxes for three (3) taxation years that are fully or partially within the five (5) years immediately before you apply;
