帮忙看一个townhouse : 没有地下室,是不是就没有氡气的困扰?管理费中包含铲雪和除草,这和公寓差不多了吧?水电费等自己支付。

氡气的问题是比空气重,所以容易富集在地下室,事实上氡气就是从地下渗透出来,但集在通风不良的地下室出不去,所以有可能有害。
通风良好的平层不会有问题,通风良好的地下室也可以考虑。
通风不良好的地下室,美国人也住了百十年,好像也没见少活了几岁。

不好意思,我以为是在温哥华。查了是Calgary,所以我不太了解了。

自住的话,如果没有地下室,没有问题。有的话,可以去做检测,如果超标,可以安装设备排放。其实尽量少在地下室活动就好,问题不大的。

上次网上说是太多中国留学生买condo。。。。所以贵了。。。

其实我感觉是政府去年出台的政策,导致原来银码较小的condo一下被抢,供不应求。而且现在房贷很难批,导致大家都去追逐相对总价较低的condo,loan amount不用那么大。但是让价格哄抬上去了。本地的资金也很多的,都不是闲着的。
