我吃完我自己做好的饭,心满意足的坐在遮阳篷下,看着老床欢迎美国Nascar 赛车冠军来白宫的直播,手机突然叮咚一响,亚马逊的回复邮件来了。
其实是个小事情。这个周末,我买了一个家里的大门防踹安全锁,为的就是今年冬天开始的美国南方雪鸟行,希望离开家的时候,家里不容易被盗(其实偷也偷不了什么,我家的东西都是死沉的,包括自己养的花儿,又没有保险箱在家,其实无所谓)。
装好以后,结果要是从里面锁上,再从车库离开,回来的时候就也只能从车库再进入。领导担心开车库的固定遥控器(在车库门边儿上固定安装的)万一没有电了,那就虾米了。所以我星期六晚上就在 amazon 下单买了几节九伏有品牌的充电电池,我是会员可以要求星期天免费送货。结果星期天没等到。
我没在意因为不急,但是按照服务条款,我应该星期天收到。所以我就今天做饭前习惯性的给客服发了个邮件,只是询问了一下运到哪里了。结果回复的很快,也很有服务的态度,我很满意。
事情虽小,但体现了这里的服务态度。要的就是这个态度,希望大家以后都要为自己应有的权利去发声,才能促进这里商家的服务,也能够建立更好的监督制度。生活要靠自己的努力,沟通很重要,也是这里生活能自在的前提。
