也叫交房前的walkthrough inspection,看看房子和下offer时的状态有没有变化,有没有什么损坏、漏水,主要电器运转是否正常,这是买家有效维护自己权益的最后一道关口,因为这时候发现问题,可以通知律师扣款,直到问题解决。如果收房当天才发现有严重问题,当然也可以向卖家索赔,不过这时钱都付给卖家了,比较被动。
