汽车配件公司太模糊了，有麦格纳这种巨擎也有私人20个人的贸易公司...职位也没说，是在里面做普通职员还是做VP...不过04年万锦的房价,...怕是两辆豪华品牌的车再添一点就差不多吧？现在估计得 X 8了。

汽车配件公司太模糊了，有麦格纳这种巨擎也有私人20个人的贸易公司...职位也没说，是在里面做普通职员还是做VP...不过04年万锦的房价,...怕是两辆豪华品牌的车再添一点就差不多吧？现在估计得 X 8了。

麦格纳这种巨擘是不是员工都是高收入的？

嗯， 做压铸模具的，看职位应该是就普通工人，最多是technician. 但是大厂的普通职位也拿的高，福利好。正式工普工拿得到一般中小公司主管，甚至经理的薪水，当然其中相当一部分交给工会，帮他们保饭碗。

但随着工厂的易主，工会无利可图，自然作鸟兽散，剩下身无一技之长的工人面对新雇主的遴选，淘汰。

参见前两年倒闭的杜兰区的GM制造厂，虽然层次不高，但收入并不差，几代人在里面混吃等死，最后大家一起玩完。另外，可以从去年Netflix上热播的那个曹德旺在美国收购老车厂变成他的福耀玻璃厂的纪录片得到相同的情况：以前拿30左右的时薪大厂普通工人，腰斩到15，6块钱的最低时薪，依然能力堪忧，学啥啥不会，效率也很底下，最后慢慢被淘汰掉。
