住在美国，更新枫叶卡，DM一年了没有任何消息，请问怎么办？

因为工作的原因，住在美国。去年2022年5月份申请更新枫叶卡，7月份就DM了。现在已经一年了，一直状态没有更新。打电话多次，webform 多次也没有进展，只是让等待。请教大家有什么好的办法吗？先谢谢了！

在加拿大递交的。好像听说在美国递交是可以的，有人办成了的。

你的邮寄地址是加拿大的话，有没有可能寄丢了，DM后超过8周没收到可能就是寄丢了，需要填一份表格重新寄，如果超过一年，你还没有收到，即便是寄丢了，移民局会需要你重新办理申请，我一个叔叔遇到过。

海外申请都是要面试取卡的，查GCKEY, 发现他们曾经给我发过面试email，但是我没有收到。然而，他们不给reschedule. 打电话问过，就是要等。

About GCKey​

A GCKey is a unique electronic credential that allows you to communicate securely with online enabled Government programs and services.
The Government of Canada, as the service provider, issues these unique credentials to individuals for use with Enabled Services. An Enabled Service is an online Government service that uses the security measures provided by your GCKey.
You can use one GCKey to access multiple Enabled Services, or you may choose to have a different GCKey for each Enabled Service. However, you will need to remember which GCKey was used to enrol with each individual service. If you forget, the GCKey service cannot assist you as it does not know which services you use or how many GCKeys you have.

超过6个月以上如果申请人没有进一步confirmation，应该申请就失效了需要重新申请

如果DM了，你自己的申请账户里面没有收到什么notice么，或者要求你提供境内收件地址的portal邮件？

啥也没收到。DM了，但是还在processing. GCkey里好像有一个取卡面试通知rescheduled，但我并没收到任何电子邮件。
