这是完全错误的程序。不是认真负责，而是多管闲事。韩国领馆唯一需要关心的就是这个申请者呈现的中国护照是否是真的。这是他们唯一需要关心的。如果对护照的真假有怀疑，那可以把申请人的护照复印件传送给中国使馆（仅仅护照，而不是申请人提交的其他的文件），来确认真假。这是韩国使馆唯一需要关心的问题。 其他的都是狗抓耗子多管闲事。

韩国政府如果把中国申请者提供的信息（有美籍）转交给中国政府的话，那是违反了个人信息保护法。韩国政府唯一能向中国政府确认的是中国护照本身是真实的还是伪造的。其他信息不可以转交给中国政府。
