这几天不约而同地收到一些TX的悄悄话，让我帮忙预测一下他们进程。
我很坦率地告诉他们，只有你自己本人才能为自己预测，道理很简单，你最了解自己的情况。

这里提供一些个人看法，帮助大家各自分析预测你在08年下半年的移民运程。
首先，时间是08年下半年，距离越远越难看清楚；
其次，预测的是运程，而不是进程，运气很重要。

跟预测股市前景相类似，大盘分析很重要，所谓形势比人强，目前227法案是最重要的基本面，9月1日开始实施后，一贯以来基本上按FN顺序的审理方式，9月1日后将出现几种个案处理时间上的重大差别：
1、旧政中有职业优势的最快，现在BJ已经在做的；
2、新政中有职业优势的其次；
3、新政中无优势的被VO直接放弃，也比较快；
4、旧政中无职业优势的情况较复杂。按新法，这些是加拿大不想要的，但新法对227前的案子并无追溯力。那么，按旧法这些案子都必须得到审理，而且够分的案子VO还无法一拒了之，那既不违反旧法，又同时符合新法思想理念的做法就是：每年只分配很少配额处理这类案子，等待的时间可能不是3、5年，而是一些报道里提到的7、8年，甚至10年以上了。

以上是基本面，后面有空我们再看看BJ的具体情况。

很意外，刚刚接电话，我昨天去办开户的BMO今天已经可以用了，超级快了，可以往里打签了。机票今天也送来了，7月上旬出发，小孩的防疫证也搞好了。要大忙了，上家园要少了，原本打算长篇大论一下，只能先告一段落了。
