不是成绩单也要认证吗？楼主分开认证要多花点小钱了。个人认为完不成,我的学历寄出已经快20天了,还没有动静.我成绩还没有从学校搬离出来呢呢.如果材料现成当然还是尽早办理好些.

Information on changes to Federal Skilled Worker Immigration
Action Plan for Faster Immigration: Ministerial Instructions
On November 28th, 2008 the Minister of Citizenship, Immigration and Multiculturalism issued instructions identifying which applications under the Federal Skilled Worker Class are eligible to be processed.
According to the instructions, applications are eligible for processing if they:
▪ include an offer of arranged employment, or
▪ are from a foreign national living legally in Canada for one year as a temporary foreign worker or international student; or
▪ are from a skilled worker who has at least one year of experience under one or more of the 38 occupations listed at www.cic.gc.ca/eligible.

If you are eligible to apply as a Federal Skilled Worker under the occupation list, you must send your completed application to:

You should note that you will have to complete different forms since the Simplified Application form is no longer accepted.
You should also note that you will need to negotiate payment in Canadian funds only. You may pay by certified cheque, bank draft or money order made payable to the “Receiver General for Canada.” Do not enclose cash.
As of December 1, 2008, visa offices will no longer be directly receiving applications in the Federal Skilled Worker Class unless the applicant has an Arranged Employment Offer or has been legally residing in Canada for one year as a student or temporary foreign worker.
Should your application be recommended for further assessment, you will be invited to send a full application to a visa office at that time. For Beijing specific instructions, click here.

同意terror79的建议，我是按照香港网站的文档来准备的，只不过增加一个出生公证（没有要求）。公证和认证太费钱了。公证已经花了4千出头，认证800多。现在还没有做成绩的认证，还有几个辅助材料的翻译，估计还得1000块。真是心疼，可以给老婆买多少衣服啊。欣慰的是公正时比较顺利，没有开单位证明等的额外要求。

我今天去中行办了汇票，工作人员非让我在收款国家那一栏里加上收款城市，而且只能是温哥华和多伦多二选一，我没有办法，只好选了多伦多……不知道LZ在填写汇票的时候是什么情况，现在很忐忑，觉得会有问题……：（
