请教小蛇雅思标准

按照您的意思，雅思新标准只对227以后的案子生效，可是为什么有的人说是以1128为准，1128以后考的雅思，即便是227以前的案子，也会按照新标准实施，甚至有人拿出官网内容作为证据.

希望该标准只针对227以后的案子，但又无法确定

我详细研读了OP6（移民官操作手册－技术移民），那上面还是不很清楚。后来我向北京使馆发信咨询此事，得到了他们的回复。兹将两封信都照录如下：

I’m writing this letter to confirm what criteria will be used to evaluate applications submitted under Federal Skilled Worker Simplified Application Process between Sep. 2006 and Feb.27, 2008.

As I have noticed from CIC website, a new pointing system for IELTS test scores is introduced. Will IELTS test reports dated after November 28, 2008 be assessed against the new criteria?

也就是说227以前的案子仍旧适用当时的移民法律，而旧的雅思评估标准是当时移民法中的一部分，由此引出雅思评分标准也该是依照当时的移民法评估标准

照你这么说。op06e里面说雅思标准时还提雅思考试时间干什么？
还加了那个NOTE，不是自相矛盾了吗？

只要我们理解了OP6是针对227以后的案子而制定的，那么就不难理解考试时间及嫩所指的那个NOTE了。

227以前的案子按旧标准审理（当然包括雅思标准），这个在新版OP6里有不止一次明确的说明。

实际上按照新法申请人英语的压力更小，以前考7分才可以拿4分的项，现在只需要6.5分即可，不需要再按照旧法的7分来评分，这就是择优呀！

对其他申请人可能是，但是对我来说按旧标准算分才是择优原则呵呵！被弄糊涂了 。

这句话是针对2.27后紧缺案子的处理程序而言的，不是指雅思评分标准。关于雅思评分说明在后面啊。要好好学英语啊!
