都没有标准,我的疑问是到底是按最低安省的30小时,还是按国际工种的最低37.5
终于 看到了这个 http://www.hrsdc.gc.ca/eng/workplaceskills/foreign_workers/lcpdir/lcpdir-4.shtml The job must be full-time to ensure live-in caregivers can financially support themselves while in Canada. In some provinces and territorries ("provinces") full-time work is defined in provincial labour standards legislation. Where provincial labour standards do not specify full-time work, full-time work should be defined as 30 hours per week or more for the purpose of the Live-in Caregiver Program.
The employer must indicate on the application form the total hours of work required by the caregiver per day and per week, as well as the number of days off per week.
The Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations' reference to a live-in caregiver providing care "without supervision" defines the caregiver’s capacity rather than the employer’s need. While some latitude may be expected, the work schedule cannot be flexible to the point that the caregiver is on call 24 hours per day. To learn more about the maximum acceptable number of hours, please refer to the relevant provincial labour standards, as the maximums differ by region. http://www.hrsdc.gc.ca/eng/workplaceskills/foreign_workers/lcpdir/lcpdir-4.shtml
