1 If you wanna hold a RN diploma in Montreal, English is actually not necessary, French is a must. You will have to pass a French professional exam (OQLF).
2 In your case, you can apply to OIIQ for RN education equivalence then sit for RN exam right after a period of schooling. You don't need to go back to school and start over again. Please consult my old posts, the infos are all there.

Take it easy. Once you got enrolled to the 5-month course, just follow the steps and everything will be fine.
Once you finish that course, you are allowed to sit the RN exam during 2 years.
