我想问几个个问题。我在最新的 Alberta Works - Your Guide里看到这些信息：
The followings are not counted as assets when determining your eligibility for Income Support, and you are not expected to sell them:
* a house of any value,
* up to %5,000 per adult in a RRSP
* Registered Education Savings and children' s assets,
* up to $10,000 equity in vehicles you own. If a vehicle is adapted to accommodate a disability there is no limit on the amount of equity in the vehicle.
但是没有看到关于现金的限制，请问，
1、现在现金的限制变了没有？还是最多2000吗？
2、我是刚登陆的新移民（3个月），可以把钱存到RRSR中吗？关于这个计划有没有时间的限制？
3、关于买房，如果我们到了爱省就买房，然后申请ESL补助，也是可以的？
