这个Iafaneh老兄从事的是project manager,估计可能是IT类的想往1122靠。但是据他自己猜测，没有提供工资证明，有可能CIC以为他是work for free。另外，他虽然被拒了，也有一个file #BXXXXX 号码。
Google了一下，原来Iafaneh老兄有案底的，以前作为program manager (software engineer)申请过，因为雅思太差，66分被拒。
这个Iafaneh老兄从事的是project manager,估计可能是IT类的想往1122靠。但是据他自己猜测，没有提供工资证明，有可能CIC以为他是work for free。另外，他虽然被拒了，也有一个file #BXXXXX 号码。

The processing fee and the Right of Permanent Residence Fee that you paid are refundable. You will receive a cheque within eight to twelve weeks OR if you paid by credit card you will receive a credit on the credit card provided within eight to twelve weeks.
