发现国际网站上10-28妥投的1122被退了，原因是cap fill。而CIC网站上好像是11月初才贴出来cap fill通知的。也就是说10月底妥投还没有扣款的1122危险了。

国际论坛上一个叫Iafaneh的扣款后被退了。没有足够证据证明10年内从事1122 1年以上。

这个Iafaneh老兄从事的是project manager,估计可能是IT类的想往1122靠。但是据他自己猜测，没有提供工资证明，有可能CIC以为他是work for free。另外，他虽然被拒了，也有一个file #BXXXXX 号码。
Google了一下，原来Iafaneh老兄有案底的，以前作为program manager (software engineer)申请过，因为雅思太差，66分被拒。

别担心，再耐心等等。有个TX是7月妥投的，CIO忘记扣款了，结果是在发FN前，11月份才扣的款。如果两个月了还没收到退料，很可能是CIO忘记扣款了。现在FN发到8月下旬妥投的，10月初的估计还要再等等。
