PER didn't stop. According to website: loonloung.com, on 1/23, CIO were sending PER to October filers.

俺只找到了限制626只能处理的cap是2万和1000，没找到每年能给发多少个VISA的批示哇~

我个人认为,626与227有所不同,626的是明确每年另外有限额的,而且资料是由CIC统一处理的.也就是说,这一部分的配额是不算在2000里面的,2000的应该是指227的和91的,只是由于时间妥投先后问题,VO是先处理227的再处理626的.

如果没停的话，为什么国内和canadavisa上面现在都没有per的信息啊？

Couple memebrs from loonloung.com claimed that they recieved they PER through e-mail on 1/21. They are both early Oct filers. I hope this is true, because I cannot afford any further delay.

有道理。
否则626的cap似乎就没什么意义了，移民局的代处理case也就年年积压，大量推后，代发visa以加速度递增……
总之，我希望相信tracy的解读……呵呵

当officer看我的US护照是suddenly ask me, "When do you want to settle in Canada if you get approved?" I was shock for a moment. I just said as soon as Canada grant me the visa. I asked the officer if he has any idea when I will hear from CIO or Buffalo. He shook his head and handed me back my passport. When I was inside the Custom, the officer looked at my passport, filped through the pasges, swiped my bio page and typed some notes in the computer.

我觉得even though我还没有拿到PER, 但是我的 passport#已经记录了在Canada的电脑系统了。大家这么看？

Why did the officer ask u so? Is there anything on ur passport saying that u r applying for immigration?

This is what seems funny to me. I think when the officer swiped my passport, the immigration matter that is associated with my passport # will show up in their computer system.
I'm going to Canada this weekend again. If I'm asked at the border, I will inquire with the officer. They seem to be friendly and helpful.

please bring good news to all of us, not just your guess.

This is what seems funny to me. I think when the officer swiped my passport, the immigration matter that is associated with my passport # will show up in their computer system.
I'm going to Canada this weekend again. If I'm asked at the border, I will inquire with the officer. They seem to be friendly and helpful.

今天人民网有条新闻，加拿大又出新移民法，紧缺职业又变成38种，而且要求雅思成绩不得低于7分。
大家听说了吗？
我们这些已经申请了的，应该不受这个影响吧。
