E好像就是那段大沉默阶段过后出现的嘛。难道CIO的处理程序上又有了新的变化或调整？所以开始重新编号？
等待看看最近PER的同学拿的是什么号码吧。

到底是PER了转地方使馆后要8个月审理，还是递交全部材料后8个月？

我们来仔细分析一下这一篇文章：

第一段:
Dear Sir/Madam,

This is in response to your recent email enquiry to the Immigration Section of the Canadian High Commission in New Delhi.
评：这是来自于印度新德里Visa office的来信。不是来自于加拿大悉尼总部。

第二段：
Your application as a Federal Skilled Worker, which was initially submitted to the Centralized Intake Office (CIO) in Sydney, Nova Scotia. The CIO recommended your application for further assessment at a visa office and sent you a letter requesting that you submit a complete application package to this office. We have now received your submission.
评：需要你自己提交一份完整的申请文件包到这个Visa Office。那么就是227和227之前的政策，

后面提到：
Once your application has been assessed, you will receive further instructions from this office. Please do not contact this office to request a status update unless 8 months have passed since you submitted your complete application.
评：所以，后面8个月跟我们无关。（但是不明白为何227的信会发到国际论坛6/26的里面。如果这是6/26政策的话，那么8个月指的是申请文件到达新德里Visa Office后的审理时间。）

但是有句话：
If your application is determined to be eligible for processing, processing will begin on a priority basis.
评：227具有优先权，那么626很可能比227更优先。

感觉VO似乎还没弄明白626到底该如何操作，而且他们现在忙着发Visa，也没空去研究到底怎么回事，所以就发了这么个说不清的邮件。不过似乎可以说明，8个月应该是626在VO这里处理的时间吧。
