我有点奇怪，信里面开始要求 05/16/2011前提供体检结果、无刑和护照，但后面又有一条要求45天之内提供（The above information/documents must be received in our office within 45 days from the date of this letter. ）到底以哪个为准呢？收到me的同学怎么理解的？
