・Manages installation, configuration and upgrades of all local & remotecustomer systems & software.
・ Responsible to test & trouble-shoot our CRMsoftware .
・ Develop and document procedures when required
・ Participates in ongoing Continuous Improvementprocesses


What you bring:

College Diploma or University Degree in computerrelated field
Minimum 2 -- 3 years work related experience
Sound working knowledge of Microsoft &UNIX,software & network.
Excellent communications skills both written andverbal
Effective use of problem solving and decision makingskills
Ability to collect, analyze information to determineroot cause and resolution
Uses positive interpersonal skills to build andmaintain relationships.
