再次感谢同学们关注,我要说的是我资料没有任何问题,而且我是旧政下递的材料,2006,9,1前,不应被切,已发电邮给领馆,看看是不是能得到公正.I’m really surprised to learn the news that we are not authorized to travel to Canada for the purposes of becoming permanent residents. I think it’s not right and fair to cancel our landing to Canada.​

Firstly, I sent the application documents in August 2006 and I got the file number on January 25th,2007, so that the law <The Jobs, Growth and Long-term Prosperity Act > made on June 29th, 2012 , which is for the applications after September 1st,2009 does not contain my application.​

Secondly, on March 12, 2012 I got the medical examination letter from your office. My husband I had the medical exams on March18th, 2012. And we sent our medical results to you on March 21st, 2012. And then your office sent us the immigrant paper and issued the immigrant visas to us in August, 2012. That is to say, my application is successful in March, 2012. A decision based on FSW program selection criteria was made on my application by an immigration officer before March 29, 2012. So I shouldn’t be affected by the new law.​

What’s more, we bought three air tickets to Canada after receiving your immigrant paper and visas to Canada, including two return tickets from China to Canada, and one from America to Canada, for my son is studying in an American university. We can’t accept the fact that the immigrant visas are not valid. The application has lasted for about 6 years, which brings us a great loss including emotional and material losses, that is, we’ve sold our house, quitted office. Because the air tickets to Canada are only 20 days’ time, we’re ready to land and develop in Canada. Besides, we spent much time choosing universities to transfer to for our son. Now it’s all because of your carelessness that will bring us much trouble. It’s unfair. Just sorry and regret is not enough. Who will assume our loss? ​

改机票，这周末去登陆吧，说不定Visa还是有效的。政府之间的沟通没有这么快的。感觉VO虽然写信召回你的visa，不会冒然立即改系统的。invalid visa应该是有高级权限的人才能吧？
装作不知道，这周就去的话，他们也不能拿你怎么样吧？

这倒是有可能，没准VO也是等收回visa后才去改系统，弥补自己的过错，毕竟这个错误本身是在VO，或许追不回visa就此放行，互不干扰？

旧证的me上没有sd的字眼的。91新政的me信上有sd的字眼
我相信楼主的me是329前的，但并不能支持他329前sd.
总之，329和629这两个时间点，一定要有一个符合。两个都不符，就属不合法。
但觉得楼主还有一点可争。哪怕真的发错，也是cic的错。他们应该为此负责。负责的方式可以是金钱，也可以是认可既成的事实。

楼主继续沟通的话，不要假设你的签证无效，最多用虚拟语气，咬定是他们弄错。明确要求他们重新发邮件澄清事实。

你说的貌似有道理。但是我91新政的ME信上也没有SD字眼。

看了这么多，我觉得也就两个办法，一个就是直接登录，准备好在海关与他们理论，另外就是找律师了！

我是真心觉得应该立即登陆，无论如何他们的错误不需要我们买单，况且不说所谓新政到底是不是合理。能闯则闯啊，好多同学的活生生的例子在那！不是所有的地方这样讲理就有用的。就算是在入关时被拦了，损失也只不过是一张机票啊。。。。

大胆推测一下，使馆之所以要注销VISA，恐怕和楼主的年龄有关……大家看看ID就知道了。

老实说，不看好楼主的VISA能被保留。
