This month the Canadian Government made an announcement regarding the first year performance of the Action Plan for Faster Family Reunification, indicating that Canada has welcomed the largest number of parents and grandparents in nearly twenty years. The 2012 Action Plan has made major progress in reuniting families more quickly and reducing the backlog of Parent and Grandparent (PGP) program applications.
In other Canadian Immigration news, the government will maintain record levels of immigration, including permanent residency admissions and admissions under the Canadian Experience Class, to support economic growth in the next year. For the seventh consecutive year, Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) plans to admit between 240,000 to 265,000 new permanent residents in 2013, as a way of maintaining economic and job growth as its prime priority.

已给香港领馆电邮回复但一周了没答复,若一直不回复准备按原计划登陆是不是可行?

放心登陆，这是加拿大移民局电脑问题，人为错误，但木已成舟，奈何不得，请看新闻链接：

仍旧可以直接登陆？不用理会通知？

发传真比电邮好用。电邮也可以再发一次，标题一定要写上urgent
