我周四是用的这个号码,发了两次,都成功了。不过没验证他们是否收到，邮件也发了一遍。今天周六了，还没看到任何反应，电话邮件快递都抹油。

参考收到visa同学的情况介绍，各个环节之间是有时间间隔的，猜想：会不会菠菜同学借来的护照已经贴签了啊

As you can appreciate, we have a long list of applicants waiting to immigrate to Canada and priority needs to be respected. Therefore, we believe that your visas will be issued the first week of January 2013.

To your comment: " I am rather confused at the delay of my case and the inefficiency and the communicative style of your visa office, which is usually unresponsive, patronizing, and even indifferent. I truly don't believe it represents the Canadian value.", I would appreciate if you could share with me actual examples of such replies so we improve our quality of service to our client.

这么看12月又推到1月了，真不知道是么时间靠谱，感觉还是配额限制，希望过了节开始下雨，谢谢楼主不断的努力争取应有权益，加油！

想着都是气。我给联合国秘书长写信，人家也是客客气气的回我。你一签证官，拿着纳税人的钱，做着高高在上的状态，不把我们中国人当人看，这叫什么公务员？我一定要让他付出代价，懂得尊重人的意义。肯尼正想着整顿移民部，我给他提供个怠工的典型让他杀鸡儆猴去。我立刻写信从维护C-38的严肃性，加拿大的价值观和国家的尊严的角度敦促肯尼处理我的投诉。谁交你把我惹毛了的？

必须出来冒个泡说一句了，鄙人一直忙于年底了的各种琐事，也就顺其自然的淡定的等啊等，前一阵也没赶上集体写信，本来打算催催北京，鉴于写作水平和david相距甚远，最终也没动笔，今天点儿正，看到david的这封信，必须出来从内心真诚滴膜拜一下哈。。。。。。
1、关于投诉北京这帮鬼子的不作为的各种拙劣表现，坛内估计有太多的证据，我就不提供了哈，因为我没亲自动手。
2、其实已经到这个时间了，你早给我一天晚给我一天对我的意义不是很大了，因为大部分肯定要年后登陆（除了体检马上到期的各位大侠），如果你要把兄弟姐妹们拖到二次体检，那另当别论！但是道理是要讲讲清楚滴。另外，第一，你扣着人家全家的护照这么久，到底是个什么工作流程？第二，你给大家讲讲理由和大致的签证时间，我们这是要移民不是去你那旅游，需要多少事提前安排和处理，为啥就这么个要求你们全都置之不理？
3、无论咱们什么时候登陆，以及登陆后无论在那个傻大的地界的哪个旮旯生活，我特别希望弟兄姐妹们记住这段等待的过程，记住david童鞋做出的努力和贡献！这也是一笔莫大的精神财富昂。。。。。。

关于投诉还可以加上一点，尤其对于有孩子在上学的家庭，我们甚至没有时间和学校做好衔接工作。等到我们一月份拿到签证学校可能已放假了，想准备的东西也许来不及了。我之前有发e-MAIL问使馆，一句话答复“耐心等待”。通常发达国家的价值观，孩子是世界上最重要的人，但在这个问题上看来完全不是。
