请问这个人数包括刚刚出生不满一岁的婴儿吗？如果是我、我老公，再加上刚出生的宝宝，是不是就得按照3口之家的“3 persons $35,657
”来算了啊？

当然包括婴儿，理论上是你们全家，加上要申请的人
