收入证明没有固定的格式。只要具备必要的内容即可。job title,full time or part time,permanent or contract, annual salary,start date.etc...以下是个sample:
To whom it may concern,
This is to confirm that Joe Wang has been employed with xxx company since July 20, 2008 on a full time,permanent basis. His job title is power enigeer, his annual salary is $60,000.00.
Joe is reliable,hard working. He is a valuable asset with our company,and we are expecting his continuing employment with our compamy.
Should you have any questions,please don't hesitate to contact me at 780-xxxxxxxx.

如果是hourly paid,就要写上 hourly rate,guaranteed hours (通常是weekly )。不用写annual salary。
如果是contract,最好不要提,不要写上。因为contract employee要有一个到期日,银行不敢保证合同结束后,你还能继续,所以需要特别审批。
不过不提也有一个坏处,就是银行都要打电话核实employment,他们核实后再送到上一级审批,会耽误一些时间。如果没审批下来,可能还会影响你的贷款。不过,如果是很好的行业,通常银行都会批的。
就是提醒一下,凡事要赶早,尽量把银行要求的东西早些交上去。
通常人事部门都会写这些letter的,你只要说明意图,他们就知道怎么写了。
