像我们这样的年纪，在国内一般已经做到相对比较高的职位，除非，你的语言非常地好，没有文化的隔阂，业务上基本不可能做回原来的工作。技术层面应该没有问题，所以，建议大家找工作时，以自己的技术背景为主，不要挑行业，尽快找到专业工作才是关键。

找工作是一项艰巨的任务，白人认为相当于full time job，我用了两个月时间，到处发resume，去过几次面试，未果。现在的这份工作真的是无心插柳柳成荫，投了简历过去，很长时间没反应。后来来了封email，说resume只看到一半，另一半丢了。我就开始注意这家公司了，再发简历，follow up，面试。等面试完了让我在家等消息，等了大概2个星期，没消息。于是又写了一封Email，告诉他们我还在等。最后他们通知我先干hourly的。

联系一下，偶 传输SDH设备开通和维护，真不知道前景如何？另外哪个城市更适合我们啊

对了，我一直在给TELUS,ROGERS之类的电信公司发简历，没一个有回应的。好像这种财大气粗的企业不容易进。

常常为了找工作而烦恼,尤其是到了北美这地方,要找好的工作都只能在英文介面下,如www.monster.com等网站,之前我也是有同样烦恼.但最近发现了一个不错的中文介面工作信息网,方便很多,介绍给大家用用,好像叫枫启人力网 www.mapleup.com 希望对你有帮助

lucent干了3年

不知道过去有没有可能干相同的工作

我也是通信行业的，硬件工程师。
不过我感觉真正已经在加找到电信或其他本行工作的人，是不会来论坛回答问题的，所以要有信心，不要看到一大堆难兄难弟就感觉很凄凉。
