我认为大学offer不会加快移民，逻辑不通。但是可以申请学签。

好像也对，加拿大大学的OFFER比工签好拿多了，如果可以的话，大家不都可以通过这条途径加速移民了吗？

看着227之后申请的同学们都很快有了消息，都想撤案重申了。
犹豫中……

刚刚看到香港进度版有TX写信去问VO关于撤案重递的事,得到如下答复Dear Ms. XXX,
All applications received prior to February 27 2008 will be processed according to the regulations in place at the time. Your application was submitted in 2006 and will not receive expedited processing. Alternatively, you may consider to withdraw your application and re-apply under one of the occupations mentioned in the Ministerial Instructions. Since processing has not yet been initiated on your application, you are entitled to a full refund of fees paid with your application.

俺觉得是你也可以问一下,看VO怎么说,

哎，我同事06年的已经过了BC，拿到ME了，看样子就快了。07年的进度好慢！
