小孩子长登后不需要等3年时间，就可以申请入籍？如果是这样的话，小孩子英文不好，入籍考试还需要吗？

满三年，孩子不需要参加入籍考试的，随父母或其中一方一起填写资料申请入籍就可。

如果孩子在国内， 我时间到了， 等入籍时候再过来一起递交材料， 是否可以， 有任何影响吗, 前提是小孩子的枫叶卡在递交材料时候也是有效的

小孩只有有移民身份，不用住满三年就可随父母任何一方入籍。 失去居民身份的不行。

楼上说的是最保险的做法

但是我上次听课的时候说的是，就算是孩子没有居民身份，只要父母有一方是公民就可以申请入籍。只要入籍申请批下来的时候你孩子还未满18岁。

我可以理解说是, 只要他住够2年, 或者是说,入籍时候他枫叶卡有效,就可以吗,还是,一定要住满2年,然后可以和父母任何一方一起入籍???
