出国前在电信部门做技术。到加拿大后，因身边有朋友读会计快速就业的，读了会计，工作了2年后，发现自己不喜欢会计，觉得还是喜欢技术性的工作， 就又学了QA（软件测试），现在学完了，也实习了3个月，现在开始写简历，不知道，该怎么写会计这段工作经历？ 写明吧，怕不好，从会计转过来的，不写吧，这么说明这两年的经历？请有相关经历的人指教。

除非没啥好问了才问这么STUPID的问题.我面试过音乐学博士申请SUPERVISOR的职位,我从没问他为啥要读这个学位,而是问他为何要申请这个职位而他的学术背景能给这个职位带来些什么.事实上在四个面试者中他学位最离谱,但也证明他学习能力强,所以职位最后给他了.你想,音乐家肯定有天份.做个小小SUPERVISOR没问题.

Primary Responsibilities:


Testing and Documentation
- Analyze project or requirement documents to identify test requirements
- Develop the Test Case documents according to the Master Test Plan
- Walkthrough the QA Test Cases and the QA Test Plan with the QA Team prior to execution
- Execute test cases
- Coordinate/Document actual test results and responsible for the end-to-end tracking of all issues found
- Walkthrough the QA Test Results with the QA Team and communicate status to Project leaders
- Assist in defect investigation and escalation
- Provide backup to other QA testing projects as required
- Provide the QA automation team with application functionality workflow
- Use defined/new methodologies and software to test new technologies/system functionality of simple to high complexity to ensure business acceptance, user acceptance and system integration
- Collaborates with other areas within IT to identify and improve testing tools and approaches
- Use software tools for defect management


Relationships & Communication
- Effectively communicates and builds rapport with team members, stakeholders and business partners using a variety of techniques and collaboration from initiation to close
- Facilitates small to medium size group meetings for information gathering and problem solving
- Resolves minor to medium level conflicts/issues and escalates others as appropriate

谢谢“布什他哥”的鼓励。我现在应该还是有点信心的。 前两天一个很资深的IT人士帮我还修改了简历。自己的心态和准备上还是充分了很多。我觉得还是要多和大家交流交流，哪怕只是一些安慰、 鼓励也好，对自己都是很有帮助的。

回13楼的话，我是参加学校学的（这个学校比较新），上课前后2个半月。但有一点很好，上课结束后有机会进IT公司实习（毛遂自荐+学校推荐），直接参与了他们开发项目的测试，还去了几次他们客户那里。
QA的工作我比较喜欢，做起来没有Developer那么难，入行后比较稳定，经验依赖型的，还可以和很多人打交道。我们一批同学有的已经找到工作（私底下说，只是他们运气比我好），有一个还留在实习的公司。但并不是每个人都很顺利的，能否顺利就业有很多因素，这个大家都懂得。
希望我能早点找到工作。
