小蛇，您好！我是06年底递档的客户，请问预计使馆何时会要求补料啊!正在痛苦的准备雅思，打算年底考下，您觉得怎样？会不会过期？

北京使馆于8年10月21日新闻发布会上宣布，技术移民已开始审理2006年9月的递案，如此看来，你的排队快到啦。

关于雅思的有效期，在06年9月新程序以前，有效期为递表前1年内有效；新程序后，移民部在常见问题解答中说，递案前一年内考的雅思均有效，也就是这个“一年内"是从S1入表时。至于S2阶段的“雅思一年有效期”作何界定、从何算起呢？移民部没有明确规定。但是，我觉得既然递简表的一年内的雅思都有效，那么此后的任何雅思成绩日期都更近，也更能反映考试者当前的语言能力，从而更应该被接受。

If you do so, you will be able to see exactly how many points you will receive for the language factor according to your test results.

• Include the results of your test with your immigration application.

What happens next

• You can use the equivalency charts to see exactly how many points you will earn based on your test results.
• The test results will be used by CIC as conclusive proof of your language skills.
• You can use language test results for one year from the time you took the test.

我也有同样的问题哎。我今年考过一次雅思，要按第一段说的应该就不用再考了，我还挺高兴的。但看了后一段我又晕了，“You can use language test results for one year from the time you took the test. ”等我补料时，要是不在一年内了那怎么办？？
