箱子只超3厘米航空受影响吗？

一件手提标准皮箱的长度比规定多了3个厘米（超出半个轮子），大家说上飞机受影响吗？海关是否要量尺寸，还是有什么检测设备？

I saw once at the airport, the airport workers will put your carry-on luggage into a steel case. If it fits, you are OK. So I bought one size smaller than the standard to fit that case.
