要办父母团聚移民，但是之前探亲被拒签过。移民申请表里有一条：have you been refused admission to, or order to leave, Canada or another country?，请问要不要打钩？这跟拒签是一个性质吗？看起来又不像

这是申请探亲签证的GUIDE中的内容，从这里看好像be refused admission 与拒签是不同的。要不然为什么要分别列出来呢？当然在移民申请中是没有b和c的，这也是我不明白的地方。

14. Each question in this section must be answered for each applicant.
a) Check the box to indicate if you or a family member have ever been refused admission to, or
order to leave Canada (removal order issue by Canadian immigration authority ). If yes, provide
the reasons including the dates.
b) Check the box to indicate if you or a family member have ever applied for Canadian visas. If
yes, provide the details including the dates.
c) Check the box to indicate if you or a family member have ever been refused a visa travel to
Canada. If yes, provide the details including the dates.

IMM0008(01-2009) schedule 1 拒签和拒绝入境分得很明确呀

or permanent resident visa or visitor or temporary

申请签证被拒根本就是正常的“条件不充足、火候未到”而已，而拒绝入境或遭遣返就是因罪而被惩罚。

填了yes，你就属于有违规前科之人，签证处不会批你不止，你还跳入黄河洗不清，冤大头了去了；
