me后莫名其妙变5又没收到信，前几天写信去质问后变12了

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
I'm writing to inquire my online status which has showed "5: Request Letter Sent" for more than two weeks, however, I've received no such letters so far.

I conducted the requested medical examination on Aug.3 and filed my passport and new address labels with you on Aug.11. Afterwards, the status briefly showed "8" before changing into "5" on Aug.28.

It will be great helpful if you could check whether the request letter has been sent or if it was mailed to the following address: ....Beijing.

I am always very grateful for all the trouble you have taken to examine my case.

At this time all the documents that we require have been received, your application has been sent to a Visa Officer for final review. Please be patient.

然后又过了一周变12, 从这么缓慢的进程再加上其他朋友的消息，我推断是使馆最近人手比较缺乏，回信加上网上变态都很缺人，要么是使馆在做一下年度的预算或者配额计划，要么是休假或者抽调做一些国庆相关的活动

都有可能，看VO对你哪方面有疑问
如果是安面，那就不是使馆的事了，你的资料会交到安全部门审核，时间会拖得长一些
