刚才收到使馆EMAIL，原文如下：

DISCLAIMER: THIS IS A GENERAL ANNOUNCEMENT AND IS NOT A GUARANTEE THAT A VISA WILL BE ISSUED, THE FINAL DECISION TO ISSUE A VISA RESTS WITH THE VISA OFFICER ALONE.

Our office has received all the required documents needed to finalise your application and your application is indeed in the final stages.

However, due to the huge volume of applications to be finalised, we do not anticipate finalising your application until 2006. Please note that your medical results are valid until (30/04/2006), visa validity normally corresponds with the expiry of the medical results, once we issue a visa it cannot be extended.

You will have a very short time between the issuance of your visa and the time by which you must land in Canada. Therefore you should start making the necessary arrangements for your future. See: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/newcomer/guide/section-02.html

If you wish to pick up your visa package in person or have it mailed you please advise us in advance. Mail is always sent to the address we have on file and can take 2-3 weeks to arrive.

If you and your dependents wish to re-do the medical examination you will be able to land at a later date, please notify this office as soon as possible if you wish to pursue this option.

没有发催信,使馆就主动来信了,应该是好消息.恭喜!

我也收到了同样的信，不过我立刻就回了一封信，要求自己去取签，实在是信不过加拿大人的办事效率！！！

最关心的是，可不可以请别人代劳取签，怎么没人回答呢，5555，我不想亲自去取，因为我不着急登陆，06年4月底前登陆就可以了，有没有明白的兄弟姐妹阿?

我就是按照下面这个格式的委托书取签的，记住要给代理人传真你和所有副申请人的身份证复印件、此份委托书（所有委托人签字），并且给使馆也传真一份这份委托书，取签的时候代理人凭自己身份证原件、委托人身份证传真件、委托书传真件就可以了。

现委托 xx（身份证号： ）到加拿大驻华大使馆为xxx(身份证号：) 和xx（身份证号：）领取技术移民签证，请给予办理。谢谢合作。

应该恭喜楼主一下,拿到签证是没问题了,可还是不太踏实.我是4月10日体检的,看来今年也没戏了,登陆的时间太仓促了.可恨的VO们!

不用着急,拿到签证是没有问题的,我1月份体检9月份才拿到签证.

使馆信中有这样一段话“If you and your dependents wish to re-do the medical examination you will be able to land at a later date, please notify this office as soon as possible if you wish to pursue this option.”你是否应该尽快给予否定的回复。
