请教夫妻团聚移民问题~~~多谢~~~

请问一下大家，办理夫妻团聚中一方已在加拿大，要办理国内的另一方~签证成功后，国内人拿到的是枫叶卡还是短期的签证？因为看见CHECKING LIST 上有一项提到了短期签证，不知道指的是什么意思？望高人指点~~多谢！

加拿大一方是担保人，国内配偶则是申请人。成功申请后，申请人拿到则是登录加拿大1次的签证。登录加拿大后，在海关办理相应的手续换取合法拘留加拿大的身份，这时申请人的身份则是“加拿大永久居民”。

登陆不换取什么，给他们移民纸，签字画押，就算有加拿大永久居民身份了。

但是有个文件1344B中SPONSORSHIP AGREEMENT 里，AS SPONSOR OR CO-SIGNER,I PROMISE 里，A .IF THE SPONSORED PERSON IS THE SPOUSE ,ON THE LAST DAY OF THE PERIOD OF 3 YEARS FOLLOWING THE DAY ON WHICH THEY BECOME A PERMANENT RESIDENT . 这个三年的期限是真正拿到枫叶的期限吗？望大家帮助解答，多谢！！！！

登陆不换取什么，给他们移民纸，签字画押，就算有加拿大永久居民身份了。

sponsorship agreement 里有一段的这么写的。as sponsor or co-signer,i promise to provide for the sponsored person and his or her family members'basic requirements for a period that begins the day on which the sponsored person enters canada with a temporary resident permit or,if already in canada on the day on which the sponsored person obtains a temoporary resident permit following an application to remain in canada as a permanent resident,and in any other case on the day on which the sponsored person becomes a permanent resident and ends :

被你搞晕了。。。
你团聚后就能拿到移民纸，凭这个登录加拿大就拿到枫叶卡，这个枫叶卡是5年有效期的，呆满2年可以再续下个五年，呆满3年你可以换国籍，就是放弃中国国籍加入加拿大国籍，如果呆不满2年，你的枫叶卡就无效了，你的移民就作废了。这样清楚了么?
