俺觉得资产评估是必要的，公证也许没有必要。
因为加拿大税务局认可的是有资质的评估机构出具的资产评估结果。而公证处只能证明某文件的真实性，而不具备专业的资产评估资格和能力。
公司股份是很复杂。但是如果股份前面没有申报，后面再拿出以前做的评估和公证，会是什么样的结果呢？
