这个回复一定和那封信有关系，那封信上说到3月18日（好像是18日）法庭要对这个案子结案，到时如果大家都没有什么反应，同意了那个时间表，那么移民局想什么时候放你就什么时候放，一直到08年。
可恨！我们太倒霉了，大家一定要写信反对那封信的时间表。

为了不引起申请者不满的情绪.其实意思就是3个月后再处理.

我倒是认为跟那封恐怖信的关系不大，因为以前就看到过有筒子贴出来类似的回复。
而且使馆在回复的时候习惯于把时间留得很充裕，以免以后落下口实，所以我想三个月以内结案还是有希望的，呵呵！

我们曾经给使馆发过催促信，结果他们的回复了一封和楼上的一模一样的信，一个字也不差。

基本同意tianj的观点，由于圣诞、春节之类的节日，VO可能审不了多少，没准儿!!大家还得苦等。。。

同意kiki和opera的意见，其实不用太为此担心，使馆的回信都是模板式的，时间一般是最大化的，就像这次很多人收到的settlement信一样，不会真的2001年在2008才审理完的。

我不想扫大家的兴。是不是加拿大的节日和中国的节日，VO都放假？如果是的话，的确这两个月出不了什么活了。放完圣诞元旦，就等放春节假，听说年底的那几个月VO们干活特别慢，就等着放假。所以这三个月不干活有合理的解释。大家别拍砖头啊！

加拿大的节日肯定休息，比如11月初某日（具体忘记了）的阵亡将士纪念日使馆就放假了。而中国的节日一般也休息，但长假不一定全休，如国庆节他们是1~4日放假。总而言之，他们放假的日子加起来还是很多的。

不知是巧合还是习惯,把我的经历说出来大家自己分析吧.
我是2000年递的北京,2001年2月状态是2,之后再也没变过.这期间一会儿移民法改了,一会儿分数降了,就是没动静,再后来我都快忘记这事了.2003年12月初的一天,突然查了一下进度,显示为5,时间为11月变的(忘了具体日期),直到2004年4月我才收到补料信和体检表,信的发出日期是3月末.期间我从没联系过使馆(北京).
每年这时候是使馆放大假呢,还是移民配额用完了呢?
