这个是这里的数学竞赛的网站，可以查到题目，参加的学校等。

2. http://www.beestar.org/index.jsp
各年级的题库都有，很适合孩子们，他们会非常喜欢做的，像做游戏一样。
数学题库免费。

语嫣，我看了一下第二个网站，free的习题只有两周，两周以后需要发邮件确认购买还可以继续。请问你是一只都用的free的数学习题吗？还是现在改变了policy.

SCOTT FORESMAN SCIENCE系列分级读物

目前收录170余本，从幼儿园开始(不过现在幼儿园的只收了一本)，分阶段学习，学科学的同时也学习了阅读和语言，非常好的教材。每个pdf都内置语音(需要Adobe Reader9或以上)，点PDF文件中的播放图标播放语音，纯电子档，纯正美音。我还是比较孤陋寡闻的，就是这个文件才让我知道原来PDF也可以带语音功能了。

之前也才用网盘，还不怎么熟练，不知道怎么文件都丢失了。现在重新上传了，花了好几天时间才上传好。

我们在上海上七年级，可是因为年龄，在这里被要求上九年级，所以我们有点措手不及，有什么办法可以让孩子上七年级吗？

我们这个月才登陆，正为学校发愁。有谁的孩子在North Toronto C.I. 上学的，能给点建议吗？
我们在上海上七年级，可是因为年龄，在这里被要求上九年级，所以我们有点措手不及，有什么办法可以让孩子上七年级吗？

好像都是要按照学校要求的年龄上的，没有听说有谁家自选年级。那样对孩子也不好。North Toronto C.I没有ESL的，不适合新移民来的孩子。尤其是高中，孩子上正常班跟不上，很浪费时间的。群里有个妈妈的孩子是8年级来的，我和那个孩子交流过，第一个学校没有ESL，他说根本听不懂，后来9年级换到一个有ESL的高中了，他说上课才能听懂，之前浪费了很多时间。所以除非是小学来，否则初中和高中我不建议孩子去没有ESL的学校。压力非常大，上课听不懂，孩子自信心受很大打击的。

其实不用担心的，孩子很快就会适应的，大约半年左右，就完全能够跟上。而且ESL的课程孩子容易接受和掌握。

我记得那天第二次在华资处搞活动的时候，是移民的高中生的孩子座谈会，听他们讲他们的经历，令我惊讶的是，有个10年级的，中文都说不利索了，我还以为他很早来多伦多了，后来一问，才来了1年半。我都晕了。还有好几个都是7,8年级才来的，很快都适应了。都说大概半年左右，有几个都还是在私校读书的。所以不用太担心。我觉得听听那些孩子的心声，也很有意思，这种机会可难得的哦。每次一个孩子讲完，我们都是提了一堆的问题，这种和其他孩子的交流方式非常有意思。因为很多话其实他们不会和他们的父母说，但是会告诉我们真实的想法。
