for wanting of getting hired as quick as possible and developing more chances for career future, English communication skill is a necessity. coz almost it seems that each opportunity all brings by your successfully expressing what kind of qualification you've got to someone who can supply your position. if they judge job-applicant to be no sufficient language ability, on most occasions,applicant will be refused without any courtesy.
actually, some people got deny right at when the employers see their first name.
and after getting employed, with good English, you could read a lot of things behind the talking,that might make you safer and even better .......
