I am the general manager of XX Technology Development Co., Ltd, It is engaged in research and development of software and hardware for digital publishing and digital printing. I am glad to write this letter of recommendation for Mr. XX. Who had worked in the company from April 1998 to May 2003.The first three months, from April 1998 to July 1998, he worked for internship and his monthly salary wasXX Yuan during the internship. His annual salary and benefits was about RMB XX,000 Yuan when he left.

The positions he had held were:
1. Match, 2002 -April, 2003: Internet site developer;
2. August, 2000 - Match, 2002: client support representative;
3. July, 1998 - August, 2000: systems tester;
4. April, 1998 July, 1998: Intern

Mr. XX's main duties and responsibilities are as follows:
1. Develop firm web site architecture and determine hardware and software requirements. Responsible for the programming, layout, visual appearance and usability of the web sites. Responsible for web site's operation and maintenance.
2. Maintain client support case database, provides analyses and recommendations on application improvements. Write user guides, technical manuals. Provide technical support via e-mail and phone to end users as well as system installation and training.
3. Development and specification of test plan and testing flow. Write detailed problem descriptions and test reports. Bug tracking;

Mr. XXhad mainly taken part in the following projects:
1.Maintop Desktop Publishing System v3.2 & v5.0 system integration testing, helping system develop, write user reference manual & user manual, after-sale technical support.
2. Maintop Newspaper Design System v1.0 user requirements analyses, system integration testing and after-sale technical support.
3. Maintop company official web site building and maintain.

he was a quick learner and took every chance to improve himself. he resigned from our company for advanced study in 2003.

主要工作职责，可以再细分一些，最好开头都用动词。不要每一段都那么长。

谢谢，工作职责我几乎完全按照我填的初表来写的。另外就是不知道有没有语法错误啊！

没有太重的语法错误。工作职责的第1和第2，你都是用动词开头的，第3项，也最好用动词开头，格式一致为好。
