3。每个城市处理速度不一样，每个人的情况不一样。我3年就回中国一个月，然后去美国签证是在已经住满移民监后申请的。不知道这对居住时间的真实性有没有帮助。

我觉得现在赶紧打那个电话先，然后和你本地移民办公室联系，问他们解决办法！毕竟那是最官方的，也是最权威和正式的。
