上个星期发现地址栏消失了，过了几天后，现在地址栏又出现了。但是状态没有任何变化。

请问这21个月是从递到悉尼算起， 还是从递到buffalo算起？我是2010年5月份递到悉尼的， 但是是2010年12月份递到buffalo的。现在是23个月了。

现在，官方网站写的是21个月后才能有结果。

就算从悉尼算起，你也才19个月，（就算你5月初申请，顶多20个月）你是如何算得23个月的？
