我是个路盲,准备用GPS照你指引的方向去,今天听同学说去那边看到一条2米长的大鱼是不是就是下面的地方看的?去的时候先到这里对吗?

是Inch Creek Hatchery没错！可以在去的时候先到这里！
Activity: This hatchery produces coho salmon, chinook salmon, chum salmon, and steelhead trout for local tributaries of the Fraser River.​

Of special interest is the pond on the west side of the hatchery, which is home to several large sturgeon (up to 7.5 feet long and over 50 years old).
Details: The hatchery is open from 9 am to 3 pm, seven days a week. Tours are available if booked in advance, 604-826-0244. Located on Bell Road, 11 km east of Mission. Website: www-heb.pac.dfo-mpo.gc.ca/facilities/inch/inch_e.htm

谷歌地图上的威化溪鲑鱼产卵水道标示位置与地址，均错误与Chehalis River Hatchery对调，
使用GPS请输入正确地址：17780 Morris Valley Road, Harrison Mills, B.C. Canada V0M 1A1​

若依地图，沿Morris Valley Road北驶11Km，直达威化溪鲑鱼产卵水道。​

由PNE出发，沿1号公路经Abbotsford，转11号公路至Mission，
接上7号公路抵达威化溪鲑鱼产卵水道，车程一个小时四十五分钟！
全程127 Km。​

Every year adult salmon enter the rivers for spawning. At this time millions of salmon return to their native streams to spawn. The annual salmon run is an incredible natural spectacle that is unparalleled. You have to see it with your very own eyes to experience the full brilliance of this colourful event. Some places in and around Vancouver to witness this unique event are listed below.


Musqueam Creek
Location: Musqueam Park in Vancouver, off Southwest Marine Dr.
At Musqueam Creek you can see Coho Salmon.
Best time to see spawning activities is October & November.

Noons Creek
Location: Shoreline Park in Port Moody at the head of Burrard Inlet, off Ioco Rd.
Noons Creek offers in-site info, viewing facility, as well as a hatchery.
You can see Coho and Chum Salomon.
Best time to see spawning activities is October & November.

Serpentine River
Location: Tynehead Regional Park in Surrey, on 96th Ave.
Serpentine River offers viewing facility and a hatchery. You can see Coho, Chum, and Chinook Salomon.

Join the City of Coquitlam and the Hoy/Scott Creek Watershed Society to welcome the salmon home on Sunday October 23, 2011. This free family event will be held at the Hoy Creek Fish Hatchery from 11:00 am - 3:00 pm.




Activities include:

• Children's crafts & activities
• Salmon presentations by Fisheries and Oceans Canada
• Spawning salmon viewing
• Nature walk by the Burke Mtn Naturalists
• Children's music
• Concession
• Community group displays and activities
• Prize fishing pond by Vancity
• Learn to Fish lessons with the Freshwater Fisheries Society of BC

The Hoy Creek Fish Hatchery is located in Hoy Creek Park, behind the City Centre Aquatic Complex at the corner of Pinetree and Guildford Way. There is free parking available at Coquitlam City Hall, located at the corner of Guildford and Pinetree Way. It is just a short walk to the event site.

威化溪鲑鱼回游产卵高峰时段：10月15日至20日
Peak spawning activity is from Oct.15 -20th.

您会经过Chehalis River Hatchery三文鱼养殖场，近大门有干净洗手间，比威化溪鲑鱼产卵水道的停车场流动厕所好很多哦！那儿有小径通往天然溪口，观赏三文鱼溯游，去年因为黑熊出没而关闭闸门，可否劳烦您看看是不是开放了？
