家人呢？他建议一个人先稳定了再接家人过去，可是我看到很多人建议家人一起过去。这个到底应该怎么样？

他是从经济的角度来说的。具体怎么样，要看自己的情况了。这种是很个人的问题，要问自己。

作者手下曾经有120个员工，现在只是从最低岗位稍微网上走了一点，生活稳定了一些。就觉得很快乐，不后悔。他的心态真的很好。

呵呵，印度人的经验～
很多老外（华人以外的人），大手大脚，真的是没有隔夜粮，一天没工作，吃饭就没着落～
相比之下，华人的境况好很多，这么惨的没见过～
